After our afternoon walking tour and a huge lunch, we took a walk on the Kowloon promenade. This is THE place to see the Hong Kong Island skyline, have your picture taken and also watch the night light show. The famous clock tower is still there, right near the ferry terminal.
Some school children were approaching all the western-looking people to conduct a survey as part of a school project (and I think practice their English). They asked if they could take a picture with me and I asked the same. Polite youth.
We also had to take a quick walk through The Peninsula Hotel – a place we have stopped every time in Hong Kong. A beautiful lobby and serving high tea as we pass through.
Ending our evening waiting for the Symphony of Lights Show. The skyline is stunning at night and a great way to sail away with a full moon overhead!
